載帶廠商－合電科技去年度營收成長近30％，該公司總經理周天宇表示，在新型泛用型自動包裝機投產加上既有產能，從掌握的訂單看來，今年再成長30％不是問題，去年開始規畫整合上游材料端，獲利方面也可望較前兩年增加10％～15％。

合電科技為SMT電子載帶供應商，包括保護帶、覆蓋帶、塑膠圓盤、背膜帶，專注在連接器、五金零組件、主被動元件應用產業，目前已累積至少2萬多種開模設計，目前月產能80萬米，產能最高稼動率為200萬米。內部亦有代包裝業務，每月代包量約300萬顆以上。該公司在3年前通過SBIR補助及CiTD補助，研發高速高精密度載帶機，促使其技術能量往半導體產發展，近3年來平均每年成長30％左右。

總經理周天宇本人為機械設計及工業設計背景出身，因此能應客製化需求更改機台，做到彈性量產及迅速交貨，在高精密度及利基型產品上站穩腳步，漸漸產生轉單效應，近年來在載帶市場上快速成長，研發能量也獲得美國科技廠關注，尋求合作及投資的可能。

三地門鄉地磨兒國小23日舉辦實驗教育成果展，跟家長分享民族實驗教育成果，前後3任校長齊聚慶祝。地磨兒國小是全世界第一個使用專為原住民設計教材學校，希望學生經由6年學習排灣族本位教材成為有排灣族靈魂的人。

台灣目前有6所原住民族實驗學校，屏縣有兩所，分別是地磨兒、長榮百合國小。地磨兒今年開始使用排灣族本位教材，包括國語、數學、英語、族語等課程均融入排灣族日常生活及傳統文化。

例如英語課本透過外國朋友造訪部落，族人帶到果園、河邊、山林、石板屋各處，從中學習水果、動物、魚蝦、服裝等英文單字。教材也有大量音樂、勞作，讓小朋友在遊戲快樂學習。

國語課本融入大量排灣族習俗文化，例如漢人水果喜歡橘子、蘋果、柿子，象徵吉祥平安、事事如意；排灣族則喜歡香蕉，婚禮代表多子多孫意思。

數學課本方面，也是以排灣族人事物為例，小米、芋頭、山豬、山羌等是書中主角。

縣府原民處長伍麗華曾任地磨兒國小校長，也是此教材最大推手；前限時年成立原住民族課程發展中心編纂，目前1、2年級教材開始使用，正在在編3、4年級教材，國小6年教材預計2019年全部完成。

伍麗華說，這是全世界第一套專門為原住民設計教材，有多個國家前來取經，教材也通過標準化測驗，讓偏鄉孩子學習成果完全不輸市區學生。
